LGG ame and its affiliates (“Company” or “we”) respect the privacy of its users (“User” or “you”) and are committed to protect the User’s information, be it yours or your children’s. We believe that you have a right to know our practices regarding the information we may collect and use when you use our Products (as defined on the Terms of Use) and website (the “Service”).
1.REMIT OF THE PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION POLICY
This personal data protection policy is applicable to all of our applications.
2.WHAT DATA IS COLLECTED?
With your prior consent, we are likely to collect and process the following data in whole or in part when you use our applications.
LGG game allows Third Parties to collect non-identifiable and anonymous information as detailed below (“Kids Non-personal Information”). To put it simply, with respect to such Kids Non-personal Information, LGG game and the Third Parties have no idea of the identity of the User from whom Third Parties have collected the Kids Non-personal Information:
*type of operation system (e.g. Android, Ios, etc.),
*type of browser (e.g. Explorer, Firefox, Chrome, Safari, etc.),
*screen resolution (e.g. 800×600, 1024×768, etc.),
*language (e.g. English), device type (e.g. Galaxy, HTC, iPhone, etc.),
*geo-location – only general location may be collected. No street name or city/town name is collected.

3.PURPOSES OF PROCESSING UNDERTAKEN BY LGG GAME AND LEGAL BASIS FOR PROCESSING
Data collected by LGG game is used to:
Provide our applications
Guarantee use and improvement of our applications
Develop new applications
Understand your centers of interests and, thanks to this profiling, propose you targeted and relevant advertisements (SDK advertising),
Make statistics on your use of the games, including the number of games played, your duration of use or the advertisements you are watching, which allows us to improve your gaming experience (analytical SDK).
Communicate with you, notably when you contact us by any means whatsoever
We collect the data listed hereinabove, in whole or in part, only once we have your express consent for the purposes for which they are to be processed, through a pop-up in our applications.
At any time you can withdraw your consent from the “Settings” page in our various applications.
4.CATEGORIES OF RECIPIENTS OF DATA COLLECTED
The recipients of the Data are the teams of LGG game that need to have access as well as the partners mentioned above in article 2. We may however share Data collected with our technical service providers for the aforementioned purposes. We stringently request that our partners always act in compliance with Data protection legislation applicable and grant special attention to confidentiality of this Data. By application of the applicable regulation, any sub-contractor who may process this personal data for LGG game undertakes as follows:
to solely process data for the purpose(s) which is/are sub-contracted,
to process data in pursuance with LGG game instructions,
guarantee the security and confidentiality of Data.
LGG game may also disclose/transfer your personal data to third parties in the following particular circumstances:
by virtue of legislation, as part of legal proceedings, a dispute and/or request issued by the public authorities in your country of residence or otherwise;
if disclosure is necessary for national security, application of legislation or any other matter of public interest;
in the event of restructuring, transfer, merger or sale to the third party concerned.
5. DATA TRANSFER
In such instance as your Data is transferred outside of the European Union, we ensure that:
the personal data is transferred to countries recognised as offering an equivalent level of protection.
Personal data is transferred via certified entities under the Privacy Shield.
For personal data transferred outside of countries recognised by the National Data Protection Authority (CNIL) as having a sufficient level of protection, any of the mechanisms offering appropriate guarantees is used, for which provision is made by applicable regulations, and in particular the adoption of template contractual clauses.
6. PERSONAL DATA CONCERNING CHILDREN
LGG game does not knowingly collect any personal data concerning children under 15 years old.
7. MANAGING YOUR INFORMATION
Subject to certain exemptions, you can manage the information we receive about you.
If you would like us to delete your information, you may send an e-mail to threegamescs@gmail.com and place “Delete My Account” in the subject line. If you proceed with the deletion of your account, you will no longer have access to the game account or services associated with your account. Other steps you should take should you wish to delete your account include disassociating your Facebook account from our mobile games, if applicable, and deleting the game from your mobile device. Please note that if you ask us to delete your account, all your progress in the game and any unused virtual items will be lost and we may not be able to restore them in the future. Please note that your information, for example, records pertaining to payments or customer service matters, may be retained for legal and accounting purposes. If you have sent or posted content on the Service, we may not be able to delete it.

For all of the above requests, we will need to verify your identity before processing your request. In order to verify your identity, we will generally require the matching of sufficient information you provide us to the information we maintain about you in our systems.
8. UPDATING THE PRESENT POLICY
The present policy may be updated at any time, notably pursuant to legal and/or regulatory provisions and/or any recommendations of the National Data Protection Authority (CNIL). We hereby invite you to consult this page regularly.
